What Parents Say
Q : What safety protocols are in place for drop-off and pick-up?
A : We have our Front Lobby as a designated drop-off and pick-up area, which is monitored by staff at all times. These Parents are required to Check in and out, and we only release children to authorized adults.
Q : How does the preschool ensure a secure environment?
A : All entry points are secured, and access is restricted to authorized personnel. We have security cameras in common areas and regular safety audits. Our primary entrance doors are locked between morning drop off and evening pick up times.
Q : What training do staff members receive regarding safety?
A : All our staff undergoes extensive training in first aid, CPR, emergency response, and child safety practices. Regular drills are conducted and documented to ensure preparedness.
Q : How are outdoor activities supervised?
A : Outdoor play areas are enclosed and supervised by staff. There is always more than one member of staff with the students in the outdoor play areas. We maintain a low child-to-adult ratio to ensure close supervision during all activities.
